Shipping policy
Orders containing in stock items are expected to ship within 3-5 business days after being placed, regardless of the shipping speed selected at checkout. There are exceptions to this policy that we will notify customers of via email if we are unable to ship your order within said timeframe. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will typically notify you within 7 days. As stock fluctuates we cannot always guarantee availability.
Pre-orders are expected to ship within 1 week of its release date, barring any delays. Please refer to the product description for any delays or changes in release date.
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with the tracking number in it to track the progress of your order. Please check spam if you do not see this.
We ship orders Monday-Friday.
Please note: The shipping service you select at checkout reflects the shipping speed you are paying for, not the fulfillment time. Once an order has been marked as delivered by USPS we are unable to assist with lost or stolen packages as that is their legal attestation to having fulfilled the shipment. Please contact your local USPS location or USPS customer service as that is their jurisdiction. Graffiti Records is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We are required to fulfill orders to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for providing a replacement order if you no longer have access to this address. Please contact your local USPS or USPS Customer Service for assistance with package recovery.
